Marcy Harris brings a strong passion for serving the nonprofit community to her roles in The Consolution Project.
Over 30 years as an attorney practicing in the nonprofit law arena, Marcy has specialized in working with and for nonprofit organizations and their Boards. A versatile advisor, she’s conducted training on fiduciary roles and responsibilities, strategic planning, and operational standards. She’s also an experienced grant writer and has developed grant writing training programs for nonprofit staff and leaders.
Marcy has worked with state agencies as a nationally certified trainer, conducting results-oriented and best practices training. Additionally, she provides personal and small business financial management and professional organization services through her company, Sisters United Management and Consulting, Inc.
Marcy serves in dual roles at The Consolution Project. As Director of Operations, she is the financial and administrative manager. As a Consolution Coach and certified Kolbe Specialist, her considerable skills help community organizations improve their internal operations while enhancing staff and leadership’s ability to work together.
